Ava, your assistant

• Answers questions from this help center and from your organization's own state, for example your settings, workers and work.
• Shows the way. She can open a page or a setup page for you.
• Proposes changes. She can prepare a change, for example a setting. The change runs only when you select confirm, and it runs as you, with your role.
• Hands work to your CEO. For real work, she passes your request to the CEO conversation.
• Sends feedback. She can send a feature request or a problem to the people who build Agent. See Send feedback.

• She never confirms a change for you.
• She cannot do more than your role allows.
• A change you do not confirm expires after 72 hours.
• Feedback is the one exception: she sends it at once when you ask, without a confirm step.

Each answer lists the tools she used, so you can see where the facts came from. She knows which page you are on, and on the setup wizard she knows the page.

Her name is Ava. Agent creates her for each new organization, beside your CEO.
