Kill switch and pause
The kill switch stops every worker in your organization at once. You can also pause one worker. Release resumes the workers the switch paused.

When you engage it:
- Agent pauses every active worker.
- Agent withdraws the approvals that nobody acted on yet.
- Agent stops the tool calls in progress.
- Agent denies every new call while the switch is engaged.

Select Release, with an optional reason. Agent resumes only the workers that the switch paused, and wakes their open items. Workers that someone paused or retired on their own stay as they are. Approvals must be given again.
Pause one workerLink to Pause one worker
On Workers or Command, select Pause for one worker. It takes no new work; an active step may finish. Select Resume to start it again.

Only owners and admins can engage or release the kill switch, and pause or resume workers.
