Setup: Your business

Tell your CEO about the business. Start with your website, check each value, then save the brief and your brand.

Your CEO reads the business brief before each decision. All workers get it with their work. The brief is the setting org.profile.

Type your website, for example acme.com, and select the import. Agent reads your public pages and fills in the brief, logo, colours and fonts. See The website import. You can also select the manual option and write the brief yourself.

Each value shows where it came from:

  • From your website: the page said it.
  • AI suggested: a model wrote it from the pages.
  • Edited: you changed it.

Agent saves nothing until you select Continue.

  • Name: shown beside your logo in the console.
  • What the business does: two or three sentences. Say who you serve, what you sell and how you win. You must write at least one sentence to continue.
  • Website, Tagline, Industry, Location: optional facts. The tagline is saved as the first sentence of the brief.
  • Customers: who buys or uses what you sell.
  • Products and services: one per line, at most 12.
  • Time zone: used for schedules, reports and quiet hours.
  • Goals for the next 90 days: one per line, at most 12. The CEO uses these to choose what to do first.
  • Rules it must follow: one per line, at most 12. For example, "Never email a client without my approval".

The page also shows your logo, colours and fonts. See Branding and white-label.

Open Organization to change the brief. Skip for now leaves the brief empty. A CEO without a brief knows less about your business, so its first plans are more general.
