The Always ask list
Some actions always wait for a person, whatever the mode or risk tier. By default the list has seven items.

- Merge a change.
- Deploy.
- Speak as the operator: a message in your name outside the organization.
- Spend above the threshold: one spend above the "Ask before one spend above" amount.
- Hiring.
- Reorganizing the chart.
- New integration.
Change the listLink to Change the list
Open the Autonomy card on Settings and change Always ask me before. Only owners and admins can change it. The setting is autonomy.askFor. It can also be set for one department, one worker or one conversation.
The spend thresholdLink to The spend threshold
The amount is the setting budget.askAboveMicroUsd. The platform default is $5. The recommended setup sets it to a quarter of your daily budget. See Recommended setup.
