Recommended setup
Agent recommends eight settings from what it knows about your business. Each item says why. You can change any value before you apply it.
Each item shows its value, the reason in one sentence, and In effect when the value already applies. Select Change to type another value. Use the recommendation undoes your change. Continue on the Your CEO page applies the list. A second apply changes nothing that is already in effect.
Time zoneLink to Time zone
From your business profile, or from your business location. When Agent has no time zone, the current one stays (UTC when there is none). Agent also copies it to your business brief.
Daily budgetLink to Daily budget
The most your organization spends on models in one day.
- When someone in your organization set a budget, it stays.
- When work uses your own model key, Agent recommends $10 a day.
- When code work runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT plan, the sign-up budget covers the planning that Agent pays for.
- During a trial, the budget starts at the sign-up amount that your Agent server sets.
Ask before one spend aboveLink to Ask before one spend above
One spend above this amount asks you first. Agent recommends a quarter of the daily budget, to the nearest $0.50, and at least $0.50. It follows the budget: when you change the budget, this value changes too. This is the setting budget.askAboveMicroUsd.
AutonomyLink to Autonomy
Auto for every new organization. See Autonomy modes. This is the setting autonomy.mode.
Where the CEO reaches youLink to Where the CEO reaches you
WhatsApp when WhatsApp is connected, else Web console. This is the setting frontDoor.channel.
When the CEO messages youLink to When the CEO messages you
Messages that are not urgent wait for working hours in your time zone. Work does not wait. Urgent messages go at once. This is the setting reporting.quietHours.
Run modeLink to Run mode
Balanced uses your own pipeline settings. Change it when speed or cost is more important. See Run modes.
Who pays for code workLink to Who pays for code work
Your own Claude or ChatGPT plan when you chose your computer and your runner signs in with a plan. Otherwise the current payer stays. See Who pays for work.
