Audit log
The audit log is the append-only, hash-chained record of everything that happened in your organization. An admin can verify that nobody changed it.
What it recordsLink to What it records
Every change: people and organization changes, workers, work, reasoning and tools, governance, escalations and messages, memory and learning, rules, examples, and models. The log names the actor of each change: a person, Ava, a worker or the system.

Filter by category, exact type, worker, work item, kind of actor (human, worker, system or connector) and actor name. Hide bookkeeping hides routine events. Select Load older events to page back.
Verify the chainLink to Verify the chain
A hash links each event to the one before it. An admin selects Verify chain. "Chain intact" means that nobody changed an event. "Chain broken" names the first bad event; treat it as a security incident.
