Lessons
When work finishes and people give feedback, workers propose lessons. An approver accepts or rejects each one before it is used.

- A worker finishes an item, and people give feedback.
- The worker proposes a candidate lesson: a preference, procedure, fact, correction or warning.
- A lesson can be validated.
- An approver selects Accept or Reject.

An accepted lesson can produce a rule, a persona change, a procedure or a regression test. Each output also waits for a person.

An owner or admin can turn on Accept validated lessons automatically in the Defaults card on Settings.
