The service
SASID Services Inc provides Agent, a platform that runs AI workers for your organization. By using it you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you act for.
Your responsibilities
Keep your credentials safe, connect only tools and accounts you are allowed to use, and review what the workers do before relying on it where it matters. You remain responsible for your organization's use of the service and for complying with the terms of the model providers and tools you connect.
AI output
Workers can make mistakes. The service provides approvals, budgets and oversight to limit them, but output is provided as is and should be checked before it is relied on.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change the service and these terms; material changes are announced in the product.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, SASID Services Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous twelve months.
