The CEO does not answer
The CEO needs a model and budget to answer. When it does not answer, check its model, the allowance, the budget and whether it is active.

- "No model route is configured." The CEO has no model. Add a key on Model accounts, use your plan through the runner, or use the allowance. See AI access.
- "The platform model allowance is exhausted." Add a model account or use your plan. See The included allowance.
- "No configured text provider is currently available." The providers do not answer now. Try again in a minute, or add another account.
- No reply, and the budget is used. The organization used its daily budget. Raise it on Settings, or wait for the next UTC day. See Out of budget.
- "Work will wait until this worker becomes active." The CEO is paused or onboarding. Resume it on Workers.
- The kill switch is engaged. Every call is denied. An admin releases it on Settings.

Ask AvaLink to Ask Ava
Ava can check the CEO's state for you. When Ava cannot answer either, she says whether the budget or allowance is used up, or the model is not reachable.
