Say what you want to have at the end, not the steps. Add a deadline and anything the CEO must not do. Good first tasks:
- "Review our main repository and list the top three improvements, with the effort for each."
- "Go through our open tickets and tell me which ones you can deliver first."
- "Read our business brief and propose the three most useful things you could take on this month."

- The CEO answers in the CEO conversation. A short receipt comes first while it thinks.
- A request becomes a work item with a key, for example
AGT-1. It shows on the Board. - The CEO replies with a plan, what it needs from you, and whether it wants to hire.
- Risky steps wait for you in Approvals.
- When the work is done, the CEO reports the outcome in the conversation.
