Intake
Intake brings work in without a person: tracker polls, schedules, event subscriptions and dependencies between items.
PollsLink to Polls
A poll reads a tracker (GitHub, GitLab, Jira or Linear) on a schedule and gives new items to a worker. Install the tracker under Integrations first.
SchedulesLink to Schedules
A schedule creates a work item at set times, for example a weekly report. It runs at most every five minutes. It can skip a run while the last run is still open, or when nothing new arrived.
SubscriptionsLink to Subscriptions
A subscription starts work when an event happens.
DependenciesLink to Dependencies
A dependency makes one item wait for another. Members can remove dependencies.
Who can do whatLink to Who can do what
Only an owner or an admin can create, change or delete polls, schedules and subscriptions. Members can preview a schedule.
