The CEO
The CEO is your chief executive worker. It is the front door to your organization: it takes your requests, plans them, hands parts to its team and reports back.
What the CEO doesLink to What the CEO does
- Reads your business brief before each decision.
- Turns each request into a work item that it owns.
- Plans the work and hands parts to the workers that report to it, with acceptance criteria.
- Judges the results against the criteria and reports to you in one message.
- Asks you only what its team cannot settle.
The CEO uses the role chief-executive. It has no capabilities to change code itself. Code work goes to workers with a code role, such as a Software Engineer.
