Setup: Your CEO
You start with one worker, your CEO. Check how much it may do alone and how it may grow the team.
Your CEOLink to Your CEO
The card shows your CEO's name and handle, for example @ceo. It is your chief executive and it reports to you. When the organization has no active CEO, the page says so. Open Organization to create one.

Choose one of three modes. Auto is recommended.
- Ask first: waits for you on anything above low risk.
- Auto: does internal work right away and tells you. It asks before merges, deploys, outside messages, spend above your limit and hires.
- Full autonomy: acts without asking, except the items on your Always ask list.
See Autonomy modes.

- Ask me first (recommended): each hire waits for your approval.
- Hire on its own: hires within its budget at once. A higher budget still asks you.
- Only I change the team: it cannot propose hires. You add workers yourself.
This is the setting org.changes. Change it later in the organization settings list on Settings. Hire requests show in your CEO chat, on WhatsApp and in Approvals. See How your team grows.

Continue applies the recommended setup with your changes. When everything is already in effect, it changes nothing.
