Automations

Work your team does on its own: on a schedule, once later, or when something happens.

How it works

Make one in a sentence

Write it to the CEO on the web or on WhatsApp, for example "Every Monday at 9 send me a sales summary" or "Have Maya check new support tickets every morning". You get a card with what runs, when, the next three runs and who does it. Select Start automation to turn it on, or Change to adjust it.

When something happens

"When a work item is blocked, tell me" starts work when that event happens. If Agent cannot watch an event yet, it says so.

Manage them

The Automations page lists every automation with its next run and last result. Pause, resume or delete one there, or write "pause my Monday summary" or "what runs automatically?" in chat.

Limits

Each plan allows a number of automations. A schedule runs at most every five minutes.
