How it works

The page

Integrations has one-click connections, MCP servers, installed integrations, a catalog and the built-in tools. Workers already have the built-in tracker, messaging, knowledge base and sandbox.

Statuses

Active, Error, Disabled and Needs secret. A risk label shows what the integration can do: Read-only, Low, Medium, High or Critical.

Install

Only owners and admins can install an integration. Adding a new integration is on the Always ask list, so a worker cannot add one without a person.

From the help article Integrations, checked against the product on .
