Hiring and org changes
Workers can propose hires and changes to the chart. The setting org.changes decides whether a person approves them, they apply at once, or only people edit the chart.
The organization chartLink to The organization chart
Organization shows who reports to whom: the CEO, department heads and their workers, with load and spend. A department is a department head and everyone under it. Open a department to see its workers, its spend today against its daily cap, and its open work.

A manager, such as the CEO, can propose a hire or a change to the chart. A hire proposal names the role, why now, the evidence and a daily budget. Pending proposals show under Pending org proposals on Organization and in Approvals.

- Workers propose, the operator approves (
propose, the default). - Proposals apply at once (
autonomous). - Only people edit the chart (
operator).
An owner or admin changes it in the organization settings list on Settings. It can also be set for one department or one worker.

An owner or admin can change Reports to for a worker on Organization. A worker cannot report to someone below it.
