Questions
What is a credit?
Credits pay for the AI models and tools your team uses on our account. One credit is $0.004 of model and tool cost. Each plan includes credits every month. The trial includes 2,000 credits for the whole trial.
Can I use my own AI model?
Yes. Connect your own Claude or ChatGPT plan, or your own API keys. Model calls on your own account use 0 credits. Work on our search and compute still uses credits.
What happens after the trial?
Your organization moves to Free: the CEO and 1 employee, with 300 credits each month. Your other employees go on leave. Their memory, work and schedules stay, and nothing is deleted. Upgrade, or invite a founder, to bring them back.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Then your organization moves to Free, and your work stays.
