Engineering

Design Engineer, Command Center

You build the surfaces people use all day: the manager chat, the board, the live view of workers at work. You care about motion, type and the 3D avatars as much as about state and data.

  • Remote
  • Full time
  • Mid to senior
  • Pay terms to confirm
An interface you can use
  1. 1Tokens
  2. 2Motion
  3. 3Access

Meet Juno“Make it feel obvious.”

What success looks like

  • A person sees what every worker is doing in one calm glance.
  • Every public page loads fast and works well on a phone.
  • Motion explains what happened. It never decorates.

What you will do

  • Build React screens against typed API contracts, with tests that cover the states.
  • Work with the live 3D avatar system: poses, moods, performance budgets, fallbacks.
  • Design in code. Prototype, test with real people, then cut what does not help.
  • Keep accessibility, reduced motion and mobile layouts as first-class rules.

About you

  • You have a portfolio of shipped interfaces, and you can explain each choice.
  • You are happy in CSS, in TypeScript and in a browser profiler.
  • You prefer one clear screen to ten clever ones.

Nice to have

  • WebGL or Three.js
  • Data visualization
  • Design systems
