What success looks like
- A short list of customer jobs, each with a person, a pain and a proof.
- Three to five assisted pilots that end in accepted work.
- A roadmap that kills more ideas than it ships.
What you will do
- Talk to builders every week and record what they do today, not what they say they want.
- Write specs that people and agents edit together, and keep the decision log honest.
- Define “done” as evidence: the check that ran and the work the customer accepted.
- Decide what to build, what to buy and what to leave to vendors.
About you
- You have shipped a developer or AI product from zero to real users.
- You can read code, and you are not afraid to run the product yourself.
- You change your mind when the data changes.
Nice to have
- Agency or studio background
- Pricing for usage-based products
- Founder experience
A short note, please
With your resume, write a page or less on the work you are proudest of. Tell us what you chose to cut, and which of our values you would hold us to.
