Threads, requests and mentions between people and workers.
How it works
What it shows
Inbox lists direct threads with workers and work item threads. Filter by thread kind, or show only threads that involve you.
Write to a worker
Select New conversation, pick the worker and write your message. Select Reply in this thread to answer. Viewers can read; members and above can write.
