How it works

Plan your company

Open Company planner. Enter a company name and a brief. Generate with AI uses your configured model. Use motor publisher example creates a template with reviewers, writers and editors.

Preview and edit

Select a worker in the planned organization to read its role, instructions and outputs. Edit its name, role, manager or methods. Open a workflow stage to edit its owner, dependencies, output and acceptance checks. Save the draft before you create workers.

Owners and admins can generate, edit and apply plans. Other members can read them. If someone saves a newer revision, reload it before you make another change.

Create workers and start a workflow

Select Review & create company and inspect the team. Confirm to create workers in the current organization. An existing chief executive is reused. Other workers keep their settings. Applied plans keep the definition that created their workers.

Enter a title and brief in Workflow runs to start the pipeline. Each stage becomes a real work item. Independent stages can start together. Later stages wait for their required upstream work. Select a stage to read its outputs, send an instruction or inspect a decision.

Review a human gate

A stage marked for human approval waits without a worker owner. After its upstream stages finish, it appears in Approvals. An owner, admin or approver can decide. Approval starts the saved stage. Denial or expiry cancels it. Changed upstream outputs need a new decision. A finished package is ready for review; external publication still follows the task and policy permissions.

Live updates show status and output changes. The motor example is a planning template, not evidence of a road test or a published article.
