How it works

What you get

Your friend gets a 14-day trial and 1,000 bonus credits. When their invite counts, you get +1 permanent employee. You can earn up to +5 employees on Trial, Free and Standard, and up to +10 on Pro and Max. After that, each invite gives 500 credits. When your friend pays and keeps the plan for 30 days, you get 1,000 credits.

When an invite counts

Within 14 days of sign-up, your friend must get a first result, approve it, and use Agent on 2 different days. Then a 7-day check runs. Invite & earn shows each step for each invite.

Levels and the Free Org

Levels are Talent Scout (1), Recruiter (3), Head of Talent (5), Org Builder (10), Chief People Officer (25) and Partner (50). Every 10 invites that count give you a Free Org: Standard free for 12 months, on this organization or on a new one. You can earn 3 in one year.

Invites that do not count

An invite to yourself, to your own company domain, to a throwaway address or from your own network does not count. The page shows the reason.

The CEO can remind you

At a good moment, the CEO may ask you to share your link, at most once in 7 days. An admin can turn this off on Invite & earn.
