Organization
See teams, reporting lines, workload and spend.
How it works
The flow
- You give it work. In chat or on WhatsApp. The CEO plans the work and answers what it can itself.
- It asks to hire. When the work needs a specialist, it proposes one hire: the role, why now, the evidence and a daily budget.
- You decide. Approve or decline with one tap. Your team grows only as the work does.
Where hire requests show
Hire requests show in your CEO chat, on WhatsApp and in Approvals. Chart changes waiting for approval also show on Organization.
Choose who changes the team
The setting org.changes has three values:
- Ask me first (
propose, the default): workers propose and a person approves. - Hire on its own (
autonomous): proposals apply at once, within budget. - Only I change the team (
operator): only people edit the chart.
Change it on the Your CEO page of setup, or in the organization settings list on Settings. See Hiring and org changes.
Hiring always asks in Auto mode
Hiring is on the Always ask list by default. In the Ask first and Auto modes, a hire waits for you. See The Always ask list.
