How it works

The ladder

| Level | Name | Earned by |
|---|---|---|
| L0 | Assist | Every new worker starts here |
| L1 | Supervised execution | 5 or more completed items, 60% or more accepted |
| L2 | Independent bounded tasks | 20 or more completed items, 75% or more accepted at first pass, 20% or less intervention |
| L3 | Owns workflows | 50 or more completed items, 85% or more accepted, 10% or less intervention, no policy violation in 30 days |
| L4 | Coordinates complex work | The L3 criteria and 10 or more successful delegations |
| L5 | Owns bounded outcomes | The L4 criteria and a person's explicit sign-off |

How a change is proposed

Each day the evaluator reviews every active worker over the last 90 days. When a worker meets the criteria of a higher level, it proposes a promotion. It proposes a demotion only after 5 or more finished items.

Who decides

An owner or admin selects Approve or Reject on Levels & Evaluations, with an optional note.

What a level changes

A level is evidence, not authority. Approving a level does not change the worker's permissions. The autonomy mode decides what a worker may do alone. See Autonomy modes.
