How it works

The cards on Settings

  • Organization: the name, slug and id. Admins can rename it.
  • Defaults: the Daily model budget (the platform default or a custom limit; $0 stops all model spend), Accept validated lessons automatically and the Time zone. The time zone is for display and working hours. Budgets and spend stay in UTC days.
  • Autonomy: the organization mode and Always ask me before. See Autonomy modes.
  • Default brain: the model chain workers use unless they have their own.
  • Run mode: see Run modes.
  • Kill switch: see Kill switch and pause.
  • Work templates: review custom templates. See Work templates.
  • WhatsApp: see WhatsApp.
  • How the organization runs: every organization setting, with its value and where the value comes from.
  • Public view: a read-only status page. See Public status page.
  • Take your work with you: export. See Export your data.
  • Connect over MCP: the server address for MCP clients.
  • Links to Billing, Enterprise identity and Decisions.

Where a setting's value comes from

Each organization setting resolves from the platform default, then the organization, then a department, then a worker, then a conversation. The most specific value wins. The badge shows the source: Platform default, Organization, Department, Worker or Conversation. Select Reset to go back to the value from the layer above.

Who can change settings

Only owners and admins change settings. Everyone else sees the values.
